Over a span of two years, a comprehensive rehabilitation was completed on this 86-unit apartment complex. King Built initiated the renovation process by focusing on 35 unoccupied units, stripping them down to the studs and revamping the interiors with contemporary designs and features such as installation of stylish and durable LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, and keyless entry systems. As the remaining units became available, upgrades were implemented on them as well. The exterior of the building was also improved with new roofing, paint, asphalt, and an updated brand identity. Additionally, a fence and gated entry were added for security and aesthetics. The result is a stunning and functional living space that exudes both style and safety and elevates the community and commanding higher rent rates.
