Table Rock Shore Resort

Kimberling City, MO

In collaboration with the resort owner, King Built transformed an old campground and RV park into a remarkable family-friendly resort, fulfilling their unique vision. To achieve this, we worked closely with the architect, ensuring that every detail met the owner’s specific requirements. The primary focus was to provide abundant sleeping space to accommodate families and groups for memorable vacations, reunions, and fishing trips. The resort boasts a variety of cabin sizes, including options with 2, 4, and 5 bedrooms. Despite encountering significant topography challenges on the site, our team successfully collaborated with civil engineers to strategically position the cabins according to the owner’s vision. Furthermore, due to the resort’s proximity to Table Rock Lake, we diligently worked alongside the Corps of Engineers to meet all requirements aimed at safeguarding the shoreline. To enhance the guest experience, the resort offers an array of exceptional amenities. An infinity edge pool, splash pad, and in-ground spas provide relaxation and enjoyment, while a pavilion featuring a cozy fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere. These luxurious features aim to offer guests an unforgettable and indulgent experience during their stay. Ultimately, the goal was to create a resort that would be ideal for families, allowing them to forge cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

"We were able to tailor the project to fit the site's unique topography, resulting in some impressive features such as a two-level infinity edge pool with double rock retaining walls."
