Our project managers, superintendents, and accounting staff help us ensure each project meets our quality standards and is completed on time and within budget. Founder & President
As founder and president Brad is responsible for overseeing all aspects of King Built’s operations including new client engagement, project and financial management and team management. He is also responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier, vendor and subcontractor relationships and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Ky manages all financial aspects of the King Built business including managing budgets, processing construction draws and handling all accounts payable and receivables. Ky helps us track expenses on all jobs and ensure clients, vendors and subcontractors have clear visibility to budgets and project financials are kept up to date.
Alex is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects including subcontractor coordination and oversight. He manages and coordinates all on-site activities and ensures our projects are completed on time, within budget and up to King Built quality standards. Alex is a key point of contact between the project owner, architect and other stakeholders ensuring that the project meets all parties’ specifications.
Tanner is responsible for ensuring that all project materials are received and placed into inventory until they are ready to be delivered to a specific job site. Tanner works with our Business Manager and Site Superintendent to ensure all items are received and logged accurately and coordinates timely delivery of all items to the appropriate job site when needed.
Mandy provides administrative support to our accounting department. She is responsible for maintaining our financial records, assisting with financial statement preparation and account reconciliation. Mandy creates invoices, processes payments, tracks expenses, assists with budget preparation and is often the first point of contact for financial related questions.
